6. Documentary requirements for application |
|
1. Application;
2. Degree certificate of the foreign physician;
3. Overseas License to practice medicine or certificate of his rights to practice in his country;
4. Health certificate of the foreign physician;
5. Certificate and agreement from the entity inviting or employing the foreign physician or statement from the entity agree to bear relevant civil liability.
